What we collect, why, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form, plus what the site needs to work:
- Your enquiry. Name, company, email address, destination country, the products you selected, and anything you write in the message field.
- Optional details. A website or storefront address and the sales channel, if you choose to give them. These are optional and the form says so.
- Nothing else. There is no account, no login and no payment on this site, so we hold no password and no card details.
What stays in your browser
Your enquiry list is stored in your own browser's local storage, not on our servers. It is not sent to us until the form is submitted, and clearing browser data or using Clear the list removes it. Because it never leaves the device beforehand, an abandoned list is invisible to us.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no tracking cookies of its own and runs no advertising pixels. The hosting provider processes standard request logs — IP address, user agent, time — to serve the site and to defend it against abuse.
Who else sees it
- Our form provider, which receives the enquiry and forwards it to us.
- Our email and hosting providers, which carry and store the message.
- Carriers and freight forwarders, once an order exists, so a parcel can be delivered.
We do not sell your details and we do not add you to a mailing list.
How long it is kept
Enquiries and quotes are kept while a trade relationship is active and for as long as records are needed for accounting and for handling a later question about the same order. Anything no longer needed is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Ask through the contact page and it will be actioned.
Transfers outside your country
Supply is cross-border, so an enquiry sent from one country will be processed in another — by us, by our carriers, and by our hosting and email providers. Sending an enquiry means you accept that transfer, which is necessary to answer it.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their details.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date below changes with it. Material changes affecting an active enquiry will be raised in that conversation rather than only posted here.
