Custom production

Doll clothing made to your specification

We produce doll clothing and miniature accessories for retailers, brands and distributors — either as a reference style from the catalogue below, or developed to your own drawing, sample or specification.

Change the fabric, the colour or the size. Put your own label in it. Package it for your shelf. Send a sample to match. There are no published prices, because the price depends on what is being made and how many; send an enquiry and the quote covers the unit price, the minimum quantity, the lead time and the shipping together.

Scope

What can be customised

Typical requests from buyers. Whether a specific change is possible for a specific product is confirmed on the quote rather than assumed here.

Fabric and colour

Run a reference style in a different fabric, a different colourway, or a colour matched to a supplied swatch.

Size and fit

Rescale a style for a different doll body, or adjust fit where a reference style is close but not exact.

Logo and labelling

Own-brand labelling, woven or printed tags, and logo placement on the garment or on the packaging.

Packaging

Retail packaging, polybag or header-card presentation, assortment packs and carton marking.

Design development

A new style developed from your drawing, your sample or a combination of reference styles in this catalogue.

Range building

A capsule assembled from reference styles, so a first order covers a whole outfit range rather than a single design.

Range structure

Clothing, and what goes with it

The doll clothing is the core of the range. The miniature furniture and room sets sit alongside it, because a retailer stocking outfits usually finds a display to stand the doll in sells more of them.

Doll clothing

22 styles

Tops, bottoms, denim, hoodies, sweaters, jackets, tracksuits, shirts, skirts, scarves, neckwear, caps, bucket hats and shoes. Many styles run to six or more colourways, which is what decides whether a shelf looks full.

Miniature furniture and props

72 products

Room sets and individual units: living room, bedroom, kitchen and dining, display and storage, garden and outdoor, bathroom, and the windows, doors and stairs that turn a shelf into a room.

Development

How a custom order runs

Five steps. Nothing is produced, and nothing is payable, before the sample is approved.

  1. Brief

A reference style or your own design, the change required, and an approximate quantity.

  2. Quote

Unit price, development cost where the design is new, minimum quantity, lead time and shipping — in one reply.

  3. Sample

Sample orders are quoted separately so material, fit and finish can be checked before committing to a volume run.

  4. Approval

Colour, fit, labelling and packaging are signed off on the sample. What is approved is what is produced.

  5. Production

Packing and carton details were fixed in the quote, so nothing changes at the end.

Sampled from the clothing range

Reference styles

Twelve styles sampled across all 22 in the clothing range. Any of them can be produced as it stands or used as the starting point for a custom run.

What the quote covers

Trade information

Everything a buyer needs, and nothing asserted that we cannot confirm. Where a figure depends on the product or on the destination, it says so rather than estimating.

CustomisationTell us what you want changed. Whether a specific change is possible depends on the product, and it is confirmed on the quote rather than assumed.
Design developmentConfirmed on your quote. Development from a drawing, a sample or a reference style is quoted per design, separately from the production run.
Minimum order quantityConfirmed on your quote — it depends on the product, on the quantity and on whether the run is a reference style or a developed design.
Lead timeConfirmed on your quote. Reference styles and newly developed designs have different lead times, and sampling sits in front of both.
SamplesSample orders are quoted separately so material, fit and finish can be checked before committing to a volume run.
Pack and carton detailsConfirmed per product — pack size, carton quantity and carton weight are given on the quote.
Trade termsQuoted per order. Give the destination port or address and we will quote on terms that suit it.
PaymentConfirmed on your quote, before anything is produced or dispatched.

The full explanation is on the trade terms page. If something you need is not listed, ask — a specific question gets a specific answer, which is more useful than a general figure.
