To ask about a specific product
Add just that product to the enquiry list and put the question in the message field — material, dimensions, whether a variant exists, whether a sample is possible.
To ask about customisation
Logo, labelling and packaging requests depend on the product and the quantity, so name both when you ask.
Before you write
Including the products, approximate quantities and the destination country means the first reply can be a complete answer rather than a request for more detail. If a quantity is not yet decided, say so — a quote at two quantities is often more useful than one.
