Two ways to order

Reference style, or developed design

Both start from an enquiry. Which one applies decides the lead time and the minimum quantity, and both are set out in the quote rather than guessed at here.

Faster route

A reference style, changed

Take a style from the catalogue and change part of it: fabric, colour, size, logo, labelling or packaging. Everything about the shape is already known, so there is less to develop and less to approve.

Typical for a first order, a capsule range, or a private-label version of a style that already sells.

Full development

A design made from your brief

Send a drawing, a photograph, a physical sample, or a description of what you want. The design is developed, sampled and approved before any production run is quoted.

Confirmed on your quote. Development from a drawing, a sample or a reference style is quoted per design, separately from the production run.

What buyers usually change

Whether a specific change is possible depends on the product. Ask for it in the enquiry and it is confirmed on the quote rather than assumed.

Fabric and colour

Run a reference style in a different fabric, a different colourway, or a colour matched to a supplied swatch.

Size and fit

Rescale a style for a different doll body, or adjust fit where a reference style is close but not exact.

Logo and labelling

Own-brand labelling, woven or printed tags, and logo placement on the garment or on the packaging.

Packaging

Retail packaging, polybag or header-card presentation, assortment packs and carton marking.

Design development

A new style developed from your drawing, your sample or a combination of reference styles in this catalogue.

A capsule assembled from reference styles, so a first order covers a whole outfit range rather than a single design.

Development

How a custom order runs

Five steps. Nothing is produced, and nothing is payable, before the sample is approved.

  1. Brief

    The reference style or the design, the change required, and the approximate quantity.

  2. Quote

    Unit price, development cost if the design is new, minimum quantity, lead time and shipping in one reply.

  3. Sample

    Sample orders are quoted separately so material, fit and finish can be checked before committing to a volume run.

  4. Approval

    Colour, fit, labelling and packaging are signed off on the sample. What is approved is what is produced.

  5. Production and dispatch

    Packing and carton details were fixed in the quote, so there is no change to accept at the end.

What we need from you

To quote a custom run

The style or designA reference style from the catalogue, or your own drawing, photograph or sample. A physical sample is the least ambiguous brief there is.
What changesThe specific change: fabric, colour, size, logo, labelling, packaging, or a new shape.
QuantityApproximate units per design or per colourway. If it is not settled, an order of magnitude is enough to start.
DestinationThe country, and the port or address if available.
Artwork and specificationSend the artwork or specification with the enquiry. What we need from you, and in what format, is confirmed before development starts.
DeadlineIf there is a date the goods have to be on a shelf or in a warehouse, say so at the start — it changes which route is quoted.

What is not published on this page

Fabrics held in stock, minimum quantities for a custom run, sample turnaround, monthly capacity and certifications. All of those are real questions with real answers, and all of them vary by product and by quantity — so they are answered in the quote instead of being estimated on a page. Ask and you will get a specific answer.
